I've always wanted to learn how to calculate the gcd, it seems like there's a lot that can be done with it that I can't do otherwise. I've browsed the internet for some good learning tools , and checked the local library for some books, but all the data seems to be directed to people who already know the subject. Is there any tool that can help new students as well?

Algebrator is the latest hot favourite of how to calculate the gcd learners . I know a couple of professors who actually ask their students to use a copy of this program at their home.

I must agree that Algebrator is a great thing and the best software of this kind you can get . I was so surprised when after weeks of anger I simply typed in factoring polynomials and that was the end of my problems with algebra . It's also so good that you can use the software for any level: I have been using it for several years now, I used it in Pre Algebra and in Algebra 1 as well! Just try it and see it for yourself!

Algebrator is a very simple product and is certainly worth a try. You will find several interesting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can say that it has made learning math much more enjoyable.
