combinations and permutations problems for elementary school is my biggest problem. Can any one help me understand it? I am a novice at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for beginning this subject?

The perspective you’ve adopted towards the combinations and permutations problems for elementary school is not the right one. I do understand that one can’t really think of anything else in such a scenario . Its nice that you still want to try. My key to successful problem solving is Algebrator I would advise you to give it a try at least once.

I agree, resources on the internet are no better than the college books. Algebrator is a good way to start your math career.
