Friends , I am in need of aid on algebra formulas, converting decimals, radical inequalities and factoring. Since I am a novice to Intermediate algebra, I really want to learn the fundamentals of Intermediate algebra fully . Can anyone suggest the best place from where I can start reading the basics? I have a midterm next week.

Algebrator is a useful program to solve mathematics trivia questions. It gives you step by step answers along with explanations. I however would warn you not to just copy the answers from the software. It will not aid you in understanding the subject. Use it as a reference and solve the problems yourself as well.

I have also used Algebrator several times to solve math problems . I must say that it has greatly increased my problem solving power . You should give it a try and see if it helps.

A extraordinary piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving decimals, function composition and mixed numbers. Just by typing in the problem from homework and clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Pre Algebra, Pre Algebra and Basic Math. I highly recommend the program.
